in the city centre
Design innovations include the unobtrusive form of the volume and the sloping façade
on the river side, where most of the loggias and terraces are planned. The role of these
measures is to soften the contrast between the urban character of the development and
the nearby green space. The façade has been designed in the form of a simple and
elegant concrete of high-quality shot-blasted concrete to bring out the true raw
character of the material.
